About this roast

Flavor profile consisting of roasted pecans, caramelized sugar and browned butter. A blend of single origin specialty grade coffee that is roasted to order, and lightly flavored by hand using all natural ingredients. All Natural, Gluten Free, Allergen Free, Vegan, No Added Sugar

We grind this one medium for filter and a touch finer for the moka pot. Start at 60g of coffee per litre of water and adjust from there.

Every bag carries the roast date on the base. Rest it three days before brewing, then use it within four weeks of that date for the best cup.
