Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Estimated delivery times:

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 within the contiguous United States.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your package at any time.

International Shipping

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at hello@jamiestea.com and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
