About this roast
Loose Leaf Flavored Tea: Ceylon OP, Bergamot Essential Oil, Cornflowers
Notes: Orange, Floral, Malt

Earl grey is a timeless blend. We mix our Ceylon black tea with blue cornflowers and a touch of bergamot oil. While it is typically consumed alone, it can be combined with milk and sugar for a different experience.
Brewing Method: 5 - 10 Min, 195 F, 2.5g / 12oz
We grind this one medium for filter and a touch finer for the moka pot. Start at 60g of coffee per litre of water and adjust from there.
Every bag carries the roast date on the base. Rest it three days before brewing, then use it within four weeks of that date for the best cup.
