Process: Hand picked, wet-hulled and dried on raised beds.

We grind this one medium for filter and a touch finer for the moka pot. Start at 60g of coffee per litre of water and adjust from there.

Every bag carries the roast date on the base. Rest it three days before brewing, then use it within four weeks of that date for the best cup.
