About this roast

Perfect Cold Brew Coffee, every time. This unique blend makes the perfect, most satisfying cup. Specifically blended for cold brew coffee. Contains no additives, nothing artificial, just 100% coffee. Cold brew coffee is a dark French roast and the grounds are very coarse.

We grind this one medium for filter and a touch finer for the moka pot. Start at 60g of coffee per litre of water and adjust from there.

Every bag carries the roast date on the base. Rest it three days before brewing, then use it within four weeks of that date for the best cup.
